the flying sneaker (1992)

Ludek Navratil plays an 11-year-old boy whose father is traveling in exotic places. One day, he receives a parcel from his dad that contains a collection of butterfly cocoons. One of the butterfly turns out to be a fairy with magical powers.

I only took a few caps from the first fifteen minutes of the film. The quality is not great, as these were taken live from a television broadcast.
